Beneficiary Engagement Initiative
NHC also intends to offer a compliant Substance Access Beneficiary Engagement Incentive for eligible aligned beneficiaries, including federally legal hemp-derived CBD products that meet CMS and federal requirements. The ACO provides the benefit directly; patients do not submit a Medicare claim for these items.
